- Origins: Orders ship from our Global Suppliers, or local suppliers via Post Office.
- Delivery Times:
- Once handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control. Track your order using provided details.
- No weekend shipping: Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship within 1 – 2 business day.
- Festive Delays (Nov–Jan): Allow extra days due to seasonal carrier delays.
⚠️ Express Post: Fees cover expedited shipping but non-refundable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen events.
Faulty Device Policy
- Replacement: Faulty devices are replaced with your next order (new purchase required).
- Why? To keep prices low and avoid redundant postage costs.
Packaging & Product Details
- Manufacturers may update packaging/designs without notice. No refunds/replacements for:
- Packaging changes.
- Color discrepancies vs. website images.
- Device upgrades (e.g., added features).
Delivery Delays or Missing Parcels
- 30-Day Policy: If undelivered after 30 days, we refund or reship.
- Note: Parcels marked “missing” by carriers are often delayed. Contact us if tracking stalls.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-Day Window: Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Non-returnable: Opened/disposable products, e-juice, pods, or items with missing parts/receipts.
- Refunds: Processed within 2-7 business days after approval. Return shipping costs deducted from refunds.
Exchanges
- Only for defective/damaged items. Contact sales@queensvapor.com for approval.
Important Notes
- Wrong Address/Rejected Parcels: Returns due to incorrect addresses are destroyed by border control.
- Pricing/Info Accuracy: Product details/pricing subject to change. Errors may be corrected without notice.
